The PAW modular heating circuits and distribution manifolds DN 20 are premounted groups of fittings for heating circuits. The heating circuits are designed such that they can be directly mounted onto a distribution manifold or a mounting plate with thread connections. With adaptor connections the heating circuits can also be installed on distribution manifolds with other dimensions.
The single modules can thus be combined without any problems and can be arranged in numerous ways. This extraordinary flexibility is achieved by the modular structure of the entire system. It allows you to plan, install and extend distribution manifolds rapidly and professionally.
PAW offers you heating circuits for a broad range of applications such as boiler charging or low-temperature heating
systems.
All modular heating circuits present the following advantages:
- Connection ¾" internal thread
- Large ball valve handles, easy handling, visible closing position
- Design insulation with optimised function made of durable elastic EPP; 100 % insulation of fittings,
ventilation opening to cool the pumps
- The insulation for the distribution manifold is integrated in the heating circuit insulation
- Free access to the pump head by simply removing the front insulation shell
- Check valve in the return pipe prevents noise when electronically controlled pumps are
used, can be opened, 200 mm water column, spring-loaded, thus suited for horizontal and overhead installation
- Flow on the right = standard
- Flow and return line can be changed on site
- All water-carrying parts are made of brass
- Full metal thermometers can be pulled off, with immersion sleeve, integrated in the
ball valve
- Fully assembled with flat gaskets
- PAW heating circulation pumps, standard and high-efficiency pumps fitted with 2 m cable, already installed, integrated in the insulation, pressure tested, serial number, perfectly designed system, pump characteristics
- Pump can be isolated no draining during servicing
- Full port ball valve
