The PAW modular heating circuits and distribution manifolds DN 40/50 for large systems are premounted groups of fittings for heating circuits. The heating circuits can be mounted onto a PAW modular distribution manifold or wall brackets. The large manifolds can also be installed on wall brackets.
Reducer flanges allow you to integrate heating circuits of smaller dimensions into the system. The single modules can thus be combined without any problems and can be arranged in numerous ways. This extraordinary flexibility is achieved by the modular structure of the entire system. It allows you to plan, install and extend distribution manifolds rapidly and professionally.
PAW offers you heating circuits for modulating temperature systems or circuits with mixing valve.
The modular heating circuits DN 40/50 present the following advantages:
- Connections 1 ½" / 2" internal thread
- Hand lever at the ball valve to be operated from the front, even when the insulation is closed, easy handling, visible closing position
- Fill and drain valve for flushing, filling and draining, integrated in the ball valve
- Design insulation with optimised function made of durable elastic EPP; 100 % insulation of fittings,
ventilation opening to cool the pumps
- Free access to the pump head
- Check valve in the return pipe prevents noise when electronically controlled pumps are
used, can be opened, 200 mm water column, spring-loaded, thus suited for horizontal and overhead installation
- Flow on the right = standard
- Flow and return line can be changed on site
- Full metal thermometers can be pulled off, with immersion sleeve, integrated in the
ball valve
- Fully assembled with flat gaskets
- For standard or electronically controlled Grundfos or Wilo heating circulation pumps
(preassembled), also available with Wilo Stratos pump, alternatively without pump
- Pump can be isolated no draining during servicing
